I found the directions to make these cool foldy cards on someone's blog, but I don't remember whose it was. As soon as I find it, I'll post the link. These are really fun to do!
So today, I made like 12 of them, just because I had the time. You never know when one will need a foldy card. Of course, I HAD to use the "punch trio"...the scallop punch, 1 3/8" circle punch and 1 1/4" circle punch. From now on, I will call them the "punch trio" as that is much less typing for me.
LMAO! This card from Simone cracks me up! I actually recieved it a week ago but I had brought it to work and I kept forgetting to bring it back to scan it. Gotta love Spazzy's sense of humour!
My friend Barb (Scrappin Barb) sent me this awesome card. She says she misses my blog posts. So do I :( It is so hard finding time now. But I absolutely LOVE this card, Barb, it is definitely your style! I really like the different fonts for the sentiment.
She asks what I've been up to (since obviously I'm not blogging, LOL!) So here we go:
Up at 7:00am, out the door at 8:00am, work til 5:00, home by 5:30, change, make supper, clean up, then it's like 7:00. I'm tired. Maybe I'll get on the computer and blog, visit other sites, Facebook, etc...If I'm not going to bed, then I watch a bit of TV and I'm in bed by 10:00pm. MAYBE I'll create something.
My optimal "creative" time seems to strike me around 1:00 in the sfternoon....not surprising since that is when the kids would nap and I would stamp for an hour and a half. I don't seem to have it in me at night.
So there it is, kids, my day in a nutshell! LOL! Pretty exciting, huh?

Remember the awesome Imaginesce paper line I worked with a while back? Besides the 6 cards I made, I also created this 12 x 12 page of my niece and nephew. I think these summer penguins are adorable!
OMG, I had so much fun at Tina's Scrapbooking FIRST ever crop! For only 10.00, we got to scrap from 9:00 to 4:00, eat AMAZING food (pot luck), and win wonderful prizes throughout the day. Tina also had 2 challenges for us to try; a scrapbook page and a card challenge. It was a lot of fun, PLUS I got a lot of my DT work done....YIPPEE! Tina also brought her store with her, with 40% off sales throughout the day!
Patti Clark and I both offered classes (my pouch projects in the am, her card class in the pm) and both classes were full. The ladies really enjoyed themselves.
The croppers were so much fun and tolerated (perhaps even encouraged?) my quirkiness and we had a lot of laughs. I can hardly wait for the next one. If you missed this one, you definitely want to sign up for the next one!

I have to apologize for my absence lately. I am trying to get used to this job I've got and it is so hard...I am so tired when I get home.

I really like this set but have a hard time coming up with ways to use the "wanted" stamp. This is all I could think of.

I LOVE this whole penguin line from Imaginisce! I am a Design Team memeber at Tina's Scrapbooking and made 6 cards and a 12x12 scrapbook page using this great line which includes the double sided paper, matching chipboard and rub ons. I'm keeping that page, and the other 4 cards, a surprise for now! I'll post the page after I give it to Tina.

The first one is from Colleen. It's a card just to brighten my day, isn't that awesome? It cracks me up!
And this pretty card is from Connie, it's a belated birthday card, and on the envelope, there was a bunny and the saying..."it's a hare past your birthday!" That cracked me up, too!
