Painter's Tape Technique

The second Tuesday of every month is Technique Tuesday at my stamping studio! If you are in the area, come on by...7:00pm-8:30pm and learn a new technique every month! (cost is only $5.00, and the Keurig is on)!
This past Tuesday we learned the Painter's Tape Technique. Here is the card we made:

Moose from Walk in the Wild.

We used Smokey Slate, Sahara Sand and Mint Macaron ink with the painter's tape, and Early Espresso for the moose and sentiment..
Then one of my stamping guests suggested we should try other colour combinations, and I was holding the Vintage Leaves stamp sets at the time and immediately thought fall colours! Tangerine Tango, Delightful Dejan, Soft Suede and Old Olive were my choices, with the leaves done in Early espresso. Here is the card:

For a video showcasing this technique, visit Scot Strehlow at StampinSiblings.
Yes, I know I should make my own videos. maybe someday...let's just be glad I am blogging again. One step at a time. :)
Thanks for looking!
