Home From Stampin'Palooza!

Stampin'Palooza in Toronto was this past weekend, and it was so much FUN! On Friday night, we enjoyed a presentation from guest speaker Linda Hanson...so inspiring! Like all of her team meetings, Caroline set up 2 make and takes for us to do, as you can see in the following picture.
There was also a door prize, lots of coffee and treats, and tons of swapping!

On Saturday, we spent the morning watching different presentations (I was also a presenter) and some of the ideas I got were truly amazing! Everyone did a fabulous job. PLUS, presenters got a 50.00 gift certificate for Stampin'Up! product!
We broke for lunch which also gave us the opportunity to look at all the display boards. I have pictures and I will post them tomorrow.
Lunch was so delicious! We could choose from 4 different kind of wraps. Everyone got to pick their boxed lunch which included the wrap, 2 cookies, a salad, grapes, chips and a drink. It took less than 10 minutes for everyone to get their lunch...a huge improvement from last time.
When we signed in, we were given our bags with our 6 make and take projects in them. Included was a DVD tin project, a scallop circle chipboard album project, a Sweet Treat cups project, and the 2 cards seen here. I have to say I didn't like the rosette flower card at first, but it's now my favourite!

Oh yeah! I forgot to mention the door prizes! There were 50 (fifty!) door prizes! I was so happy to have won one. The atmosphere was exciting as people waited to see if they won...the odds were pretty darn good after all!

I am very thankful that I was invited to present at Stampin'Palooza and I look forward to the next one!

Sounds awesome Michelle. You are getting me excited for Convention now with all your talk on the presentations and make'n takes (so cute -- can't beat that DSP). Looking forward to seeing the rest of the pictures. And I am probably the only one who doesn't know what "Stampin' Palooza" is, outside of the fact it's in Toronto.
