Barb's Card

My friend Barb (Scrappin Barb) sent me this awesome card. She says she misses my blog posts. So do I :( It is so hard finding time now. But I absolutely LOVE this card, Barb, it is definitely your style! I really like the different fonts for the sentiment.
She asks what I've been up to (since obviously I'm not blogging, LOL!) So here we go:
Up at 7:00am, out the door at 8:00am, work til 5:00, home by 5:30, change, make supper, clean up, then it's like 7:00. I'm tired. Maybe I'll get on the computer and blog, visit other sites, Facebook, etc...If I'm not going to bed, then I watch a bit of TV and I'm in bed by 10:00pm. MAYBE I'll create something.
My optimal "creative" time seems to strike me around 1:00 in the sfternoon....not surprising since that is when the kids would nap and I would stamp for an hour and a half. I don't seem to have it in me at night.
So there it is, kids, my day in a nutshell! LOL! Pretty exciting, huh?
I am LOVING all these amazing cards!

This is a great card, Barb is not the only one who misses your cards, but I understand it is not always easy to find the time. I try to get some stamping in on the weekends.

Wonderful card sent from Barb.

Hang in there Michelle it will get easier once your body and mind get used to the routine. With summer on the way the longer days may help kick in a nightly craft inspiration hour. I also cut paper in the morning and if I can't assembly before work will bring it to work and assemble at lunch. Maybe that could be an option.

Hey Michelle, I'm glad your card arrived... and that you liked it. :)

I feel your pain, with your hectic schedule and all that. It's hard adjusting to big changes. I create whenever I have a moment. Usually my moments aren't very long. :P

Like that card I sent you... I woke up early that morning, couldn't sleep, couldn't even shower yet because dh was still sleeping, so I gathered some scraps and glued them down. I'm looking at it now, thinking I would have done a few things differently, had I been creating on a full night's sleep. lol

Take care of yourself, okay? Maybe I'll pop by the Blackburn crop to say hi next weekend. :)
