Boho Chic
Super busy day with Day Care today, which is why I'm only posting now.
This was for a sketch at Sketch This Cards.
Colours inspired from the 2007-08 Stampin' Up catalogue.
I LOVE this card! I love the whole line of Boho West in new catty and I'm buying it ALL! For now, I used Baroque Motifs, cause apparantly it's the only set I own, and the colours Really Rust, Creamy Caramel and Close To Cocoa.
I used the slit punch to make the scallop and punched holes with my paper piercer. For the small strip running along the front, I crinkled it up, then inked it. It almost looks like leather. I stamped and cut out the small flower and attached with a brown brad (from Karen Foster...I wish SU had chocolate chip brads!)
I really like it! My neglected Really Rust is happy to be getting used!

This card is gorgeous. I did the sketch also, but was trying to use up the Hostess papers, "Just Delightful." I am so over that, but I have too much. I just got my catty, so I am going to go drool over it.
Lovely card!
Great card, the color combo and those scallops rock

Hi Michelle --This is just an awesome card. I love these colors together. When I first sawy it I wondered how you got your hands on the designer papers so quickly, and then I realized that you just made your own --LOL! Great job!
