Happy Hallowe'en!

I was feeling Hallowe'en-y today, and came upon this sketch challenge from Jen at Pieces of Me and thought it would make a perfect Hallowe'en tag.
I used the Booglie Eyes set from Stampin' Up! There is a lot of detail you can't really see, but I embossed bats in the backround (Bitty Boos Too...SU) and added black ric rac along the bottom and middle of the tag. I also used my slit punch to create scallops then punched holes in the scallops. Used the Hallowe'en designer paper. Ribbon used: pumpkin and black grosgrain (SU) and black and white polka-dot organdy ribbon (unknown).
