I thought I would use this for Mother's Day, but it kind of looks like a sympathy card to me. I bet this set would look great in the cracked glass technique! Oooh, I'll have to try that!

Stamp Sets: Morning Soft, Sanded
Card Stock: perfect plum, basic black, whisper white
ink: black StazOn, perfect plum, mellow moss, always artichoke
acc: aqua painter, black brads
NOTES: I used the aqua painter and my ink pads to water colour the image.
Beautiful card! I don't think it looks too sympathy-like.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card. Your water-coloring is beautiful. I don't think it looks like a sympathy card either.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful card Michelle!! Your watercoloring is lovely! Hope you are feeling better - I've had my sinus thing for over 2 weeks now and want it gone...now!!! Take care!
ReplyDeleteThis is so pretty, love your watercoloring.

It's gorgeous, Michelle. I would say you could use this card for just about anything, not just as a sympathy card. :)
ReplyDeleteI can't believe you did that watercolouring, just like that. You're a natural at this whole card-making thing, no matter what the technique! Very talented you are.
That is a beautiful card. My mother would love it! I think Mother's Day would be perfect. Watercolor intimidates me, but I am still trying it from time to time.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful - love the coloring.
ReplyDeleteHi Michelle!
ReplyDeleteI want you to know that you have been nominated the You Cheer Me Up Award! Take care and try not to work to hard.
